Remote Visual Assessment
The RVA system currently provides surveillance to the nation’s intercontinental ballistic missile sites. These include physical interfaces at the launch facilities and monitoring stations, as well as surveillance and data transmission systems. Sentry View Systems has a long history providing innovative engineering to multiple surveillance components of the RVA system. Leveraging SVS subject-matter expertise across the integrated logistics management, program management, systems maintenance and engineering is a natural progression of Sentry View Systems’ strong performance providing solutions for the Air Force. Work is performed at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming; Hill Air Force Base, Utah; Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana; and Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. Sentry View Systems became the Prime Contractor for RVA CLS, awarded in 2014. SVS built the environmental control units, maintains the communications and oversees the RVA System. This includes surveillance of 450 Launch Facilities, 45 Missile Alert Facilities, and 3 Missile Security Control Facilities. Sentry View Systems was awarded RVA II in 2017. This is the expansion of the existing RVA system with additional video storage, additional power backup, video deployment to air and ground vehicles, and additional alarm notification.
